5680--FY27 NRM (PROJ 573-24-110) BB - Expand Cardiology Service

This project entails the renovation and expansion of the cardiology services; offices, team spaces, conference rooms and other support areas as deemed necessary by the Cardiology service on the third floor of Malcom Randall VA Hospital. The desired offices and support areas will support the approximate 6,000 sqft expansion of the Cardiology service administrative space on the third floor. Period of Performance: 540 calendar days. Contract Period: Base POP Begin: 12-18-2026 POP End: 06-12-2028

An organized site visit is scheduled for October 07, 2026 at 10:00 am EST. A subsequent amendment will be issued if the date, time, and/or location changes.
Participants are to meet at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center, Gainesville, FL 32608 in front of the Engineering Office (Basement-Building1).
