This is a request for a quotation for floor finish refresh services at the Police Barracks located within the American Embassy Compound in El Salvador.

Please note:

* Final prices must be quoted excluding IVA.

* SAM registration is required for award consideration.

The solicitation package - including specifications and instructions for submitting your quote - is attached.

A mandatory site visit will be held on August 20 at 10.00am (local time) outside the PNC Barracks at the American Embassy Compound in Antiguo Cuscatlan, La Libertad, El Salvador. 

All questions or requests for additional information following the site visit must be submitted no later than August 24.

Proposals are due on or before August 28, 2026 at 4.00pm, and must be sent to: CotoAB@state.gov
