Solicitation # 12FPC426Q0074 is amended to make the following changes:

1. To provide the updated Statement of Work dated 9/16/2026. Changes are denoted in red print. The SOW dated 9/16/2026 fully replaces the previous SOW.

2. To provide the updated CSS_Commercial Products and Services - Revision # 1.

3. To provide the consolidated list of Questions and Answers.

4. To provide the images of the office entry door, flooring and bathroom supply dispensers.

5. To extend the due date for receipt of quotes. The due date is changed to 9/18/2026 at 4:30 pm EST.

If offerors have already supplied a quote and would like to make changes please note "12FPC426Q0074 Revision" in the email subject line.

All offerors are also required to acknowledge receipt of the SF-30 by signing and returning along with your package.

All quotes are firm fixed price and must comply with the price schedule. Quotes that do not follow the price schedule WILL NOT be considered.

This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Small Business concerns.

ORGINAL DESCRIPTION

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 12FPC426Q0074 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial Services for the Kenton Service Center in Kenton, OH, Hardin County.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720  The small business size standard is $22 million  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
