Construction Materials-Laser-cut Steel Parts and Supplies

UPDATE 7-APR-2026: Amendment to Solcitation to answer vendor questions. No further questions will be taken as the time has expired per page 27 of the Solicitation. 

The 409th Contracting Command intends to issue a solicitation to provide Laser Cut Steel Parts and equipment to
USAG Bavaria-Vilseck. This requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using the commercial items
procedures IAW FAR parts 12. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), type contract. This requirement
will utilize Low Priced Technically Acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB
Destination will be Vilseck, Germany. Please read the Solicitation for the exact address in Germany. The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT A QUOTE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from SAM. Check SAM for any amendments prior to qoute deadline. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office - NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated Amendments
prior to the date and time setup for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and resulting
rejection of the same. FIRMS INTERESTED IN IN SUBMITTING QUOTES MUST: COMPLETE THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION
DOCUMENTS to include representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, provide all technical
specification documentation and technical compliance certifications, and ensure current registration in the SAM
