RFI Enhanced Use Leasing Project Edwards Air Force Base

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of the Air Force (DAF) solely for market research and planning purposes; it shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP), a lease solicitation, or any binding obligation on the part of the Air Force. The DAF does not intend to select or qualify proposals based on this inquiry, nor will the Government pay or reimburse respondents for any information obtained or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submission of a response is strictly voluntary, and no basis for a legal claim against the Government shall arise because of participating in this market survey or from the use of the information provided.
