INL - Facility maintenance & Incinerator Retrofit support works

The U.S. Embassy San José, Costa Rica, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement
Affairs (INL), intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract to provide all labor,
materials, equipment, engineering, quality control, safety oversight, and supervision necessary to
complete the infrastructure maintenance and incinerator retrofit support works at Ciudad Judicial,
San Joaquín de Flores, Costa Rica.

The project consists of the remodeled and modernized installations that form part of the Incinerator
and the Industrial Building that houses it.

The objective of this project is to assist host nations with the enhancement of infrastructure and
specialized facilities that strengthen their operational capacity to manage counter-narcotics
operations and secure hazardous material disposal within their borders.

The Contractor shall complete all construction activities, testing, commissioning, training, punchlist
items, and achieve Final Acceptance within sixty (60) calendar days after issuance of the
Notice to Proceed (NTP).
