Statement of Work / Salient Characteristics
General:
A one-time purchase of one (1) Voyager DSLT laser and Voyager DSLT treatments for quantity of 120.
Background:
The current Iridex laser was purchased in 2015 and was scheduled for replacement in 2025. The device has developed recurring repair issues, resulting in operational disruptions and inconsistent laser performance.
Clinicians have been required to use increased power to achieve desired results, raising safety and reliability concerns. Treatment time with the current device ranges from 5-10 minutes per eye, creating longer procedural times and reduced patient throughput.
A new laser model is available that reduces treatment time to approximately 30 seconds and provides improved precision and reliability.
Scope of Work:
The vendor will deliver the requested items completely, fully operational and free of damage. The vendor will also coordinate with the end-user POC stated herein, the schedule of set-up and training.
Salient Characteristics:
Must be fully automated, non-contact
Must be able to complete treatment in approximately 30 seconds.
Must not require slit-lamp or gonio lens
Must be able to deliver 120 laser pulses directly through limbus to the trabecular meshwork
Must have eye-tracing autofocus aiming

The contractor shall provide the new, FDA cleared ophthalmic laser suitable for glaucoma related procedures and glaucoma treatment, delivery of all equipment to the Eye Clinic, on site installation and setup, verification of system functionality and calibration, user training for clinical staff, all required manuals, documentation, and warranty materials. All the above are se inclusive of the procurement of the equipment.
