Description: The 55th Contracting Squadron (55 CONS) has an ongoing requirement to rent portable restrooms for the 2026 Offutt Air Force Base "Defenders of Freedom" Air and Space Show. The air show will be held on Offutt AFB, NE on August 8th and 9th, 2026. Quantities for rent include 138 standard portable restrooms, 15 ADA handicapped portable restrooms, and 15 hand washing stations. All portable restrooms shall be uniform in color. In addition, all portable restrooms shall be services throughout the period of performance to maintain sanitary condition, requiring one individual and one pump truck to be on site at minimum. All units and necessary equipment shall be in place by no later than 10:00 AM CDT on 7 August 2026. Equipment can be staged on 6 August 2026 at the discretion of the air show staff.

55 CONS intends to award this contract through Oral Solicitation using Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW RFO Part 12. Quotes received in response to the Oral Solicitation will be evaluated using the evaluation factors of price and technical capability. Award will be made to the offeror with the lowest total evaluated price determined to be technically acceptable. All responsible sources may request to be included in the future Oral Solicitation by submitting an email with a capabilities statement before 11:00 AM CDT, 21 April 2026.
