Brand Name or Equal All-Terrain Utility Vehicle

AMENDMENT 0001 / REQUIREMENT CLARIFICATION:

The purpose of this update is to clarify the delivery and assembly requirements for the All-Terrain Utility Vehicle (UTV).

1. Turn-Key Delivery Requirement:
The UTV must be delivered fully assembled, serviced (operating fluids topped off), tested, and in "turn-key" operational condition. All required accessory packages, including the enclosed cab, cabin heater, lighting package, and cold weather kits, must be fully dealer-installed prior to delivery.

2. Unacceptable Delivery Methods: 

To be determined technically acceptable, all quotations must explicitly state that the proposed vehicle will be delivered fully assembled with all accessory packages installed. Quotations that do not explicitly state the vehicle is fully assembled, or those that exclude assembly and installation services, will be determined Technically Unacceptable and will not be considered for award.

3. Quote Submission Deadline:
The deadline for receipt of quotes remains unchanged. All quotes must be received no later than Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time.

Offerors must acknowledge this clarification in their quote submission.  All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This acquisition is designated as a **100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 336999 (All Other Transportation Equipment Manufacturing), with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.

The 119th Wing has a requirement for one (1) Brand Name or Equal All-Terrain Utility Vehicle.

• Baseline Manufacturer: Polaris (or Equal)
• Baseline Model: PRO XD Full-Size Gas Crew (or Equal)

Delivery Terms: FOB Destination (Fargo, ND 58102) with a standard commercial loading dock available.
