Description

The FBI intends to award a single award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for latex and nitrile laboratory gloves, for the Laboratory Division (LD).

This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Please see the attached RFP for complete details and instructions.

Questions pertaining to the solicitation are due by 12:00 PM/EST on Friday, May 15th, 2026. All questions must be submitted using the enclosed Offeror Question Submission Attachment.

Proposals must be received by 5:00 PM/EST on Wednesday, May 20th, 2026.

Amendment 1 - 5/5/26 - Questions and Answers Excel Sheet attached, Updated Product Pricing Matrix attached, Updated Glove Specifications attached.

Amendment 2 - 5/13/2026 - Solicitation reopened and response period extended. Buy American compliance requirements have been removed. TAA compliance requirements have been removed for Latex gloves. Pricing column added for Optional 6-month extension. Please see updated attachments.

Amendment 3 - 5/14/2026 - Clarification on TAA compliance: Nitrile gloves must still meet TAA requirements, TAA compliance is no longer required for Latex gloves.
