FY26 B509 Lift Station Repair

The project consists of providing all plant, labor, material parts, and equipment necessary to replace standpipes and bases on the sewer lift station at building 509 on Joint Base Charleston Air Base, South Carolina. See all attachments for full details. The project requirements include, but are not limited to the following major items of work:

Sewer Lift station Contractor Requirements:
• Set-up to perform OSHA Permitted Confined Space Entry (CSE).
• Plug manhole and install bypass pump while old equipment is being removed.
• Pull pump #1 and perform CSE to remove #1 guiderails, standpipe and base.
• Set new base, standpipe and reinstall existing guide rails using new guide rail brackets.
• Repeat process for other three standpipes.
• Once installed, all components will be tested for functionality to ensure normal operations.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA441826Q0056 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the repair of the sewer lift station located at Building 509 on Joint Base Charleston Air Base.
