Serial Subscription Services

Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) is seeking industry feedback regarding the potential acquisition of comprehensive serial subscription services. The anticipated requirement is for a contractor to provide all necessary qualified personnel, facilities, systems, and resources to manage the placement and administration of new and renewal subscriptions for domestic and international serials, periodicals, online databases, technical reports, and other print and electronic information resources.

The contractor would be responsible for providing end-to-end subscription management services, including processing new and renewal orders, maintaining subscription records, coordinating with publishers, resolving claims and delivery issues, providing customer support, and performing all activities necessary to ensure uninterrupted access to subscribed resources. Services shall support subscriptions delivered to single or multiple locations and encompass both print and electronic formats.
