Providing Televised Media Monitoring Services

This refers to solicitation No-191N6526Q0110 (Providing Televised Media Monitoring Services”.

Please find attached SF-30 for amendment of solicitation for your ready reference.

The purpose of this amendment is for the following:

• Providing answers on received queries from prospective bidders. Please see QA spreadsheet for additional clarity.
• Providing updated statement of work. Please see Annexure-A.
• The bid deadline has been extended to on or before 5:00 PM, 28th August 2026 (India Time).

Quotation Submission:

• Deadline: On or before 05:00 PM, 28th August 2026 (India Time). All quotations must be received by this deadline. No quote will be accepted after this time.
• Submission Method: Your quotation must be submitted electronically at  newdelhibids@state.gov. Quotation submitted to any other e-mail address will not be considered for evaluation. Please refer to the solicitation for complete details.
• Email Subject Line:

“Solicitation-191N6526Q0110 for “Providing Televised Media Monitoring Services”. In case you already submitted your offer and would like to resubmit your offer, please mention in the subject line “Revised Offer”

• Important: 

• The file size must not exceed 10MB.
• If the file size exceeds 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.
• Do not send quotation via courier or to any other email address.
• Quotations that are incomplete, submitted incorrectly, or received after the given deadline will be rejected and handled in accordance with FAR provision 52.212-1(f).
