Harvard Kennedy School Senior Executive Fellows Training

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Enterprise Procurement Office (EPO), intends to issue a sole source award to the Harvard Kennedy School for one VA employee to attend the Senior Executive Fellows Program. This program, scheduled for October 19, 2026 through November 13, 2026, provides high‑impact executive leadership development aligned with the Office of Personnel Management’s Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs).

Harvard Kennedy School is the only institution that offers the proprietary Senior Executive Fellows Program, which is designed for GS‑14/GS‑15 federal executives and comparable leaders across sectors.
