Painting and Maintenance Services in Apartments for the U.S. Mission in Paris, France

The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, will release a solicitation for Painting and Maintenance Services in Apartments Leased in Paris and its vicinity by the Embassy of the United States in France. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and any necessary items to perform interior painting, minor plaster/drywall repair, and general make-ready maintenance (electricity, plumbing and carpentry) services between tenant occupancies.

The Government estimates servicing approximately 80 to 100 apartments per year. The resulting contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The estimated ceiling values for the entire five-year period of performance are between the minimum value of 7,500 Euros ($ 8543) and the not-to-exceed value of 2,925,960 Euros ($ 3,375,000).

Please note the solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is October 9, 2026.

The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.
