The Government does not have any technical data for the NSNs. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) and the FOB point is Origin.  The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government.  The total shall not exceed 5 years.  Items will be shipped to various CONUS and OCONUS locations.  This requirement is other than full and open, and the small business standard is 1,000 employees.  The solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on or about 04/24/2026.
