AMIC CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT SERVICES (ACASS)

The contractor shall provide professional federal contracting support services 6 in collaboration with AMIC contracting officers. Services include but are not limited to acquisition planning, market research, acquisition strategy development, acquisition and contract document development. Services also include cost/price analysis, preparation of determinations and justifications, synopsis, solicitations, price negotiation memoranda, and the contractor shall provide assistance with and document proposal evaluations and will receive technical evaluations as well as contractor submitted technical/cost proposals for review and use in the contract formation process. The contractor will professionally execute contract administration duties and will maintain contract writing, filing, and tracking systems/tools and will accurately document, file (to include electronic filing), and maintain contract documents.
