The 78th Air Base Wing Civil Engineering Group (78 CEG), in coordination with AFSC/PZIO, is preparing to launch a game-changing civil engineering framework: RAPID (Robins Agile Practices for Infrastructure Development) at Robins AFB!

Under our standalone 10 U.S.C. § 2808a statutory authority, we are bypassing traditional administrative procurement lag to fast-track facility construction, modernization, and repair.

We are hosting an upcoming Industry Day to preview our acquisition strategy, project scope menu (including Progressive Design-Build, Industrialized Construction, and Emergent Tech), and future Areas of Interest (AOIs).

• 🔒 Security Notice: This event may be held on a military installation. Base access clearance may be required, and security forms will be provided and must be submitted strictly on time.
