Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Monaco Enterprises

193rd Special Operations Wing intends to solicit only from one source and award a Delivery order to MONACO Enterprises, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" (Citation: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1))

193 SOW has a requirement to upgrade the Monaco Alarm System and related server components in various buildings located in Middletown, PA. This update is required to  ensure the current installed infrastructure is compatible with Windows 11, while also modernizing and optimizing the security and Installation Alarm Reporting Software.

Monaco Enterprises, Inc, is the only known vendor that can provide required equipment that is compatible with our current alarm system infrastructure.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 561621 with a small business size standard of $25 million. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) for this acquisition is 6350.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. A solicitation will not be issued for this procurement action or posted to the single Government Point of Entry, the SAM.gov website. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice of a non-competitive action.
