R5 HVAC Maintenance Services for the Regional Office

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 127EAT26Q0038 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Region 5 Regional Office HVAC Maintenance.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors   The small business size standard is $19 Million.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 

All Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) at time of submission of a quote.  Contractors are responsible for following all submission instructions and ensure delivery of all required documents by the date and time set for receipt of quotes.
