THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) or PROPOSAL (RFP). This Sources Sought notice is for informational and planning purposes, only. This announcement is strictly intended for market research and shall not be construed as a solicitation, obligation or commitment by the Government.

The U.S. Mint is seeking responsible businesses capable of meeting the requirement outlined in this notice. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of all qualified businesses relative to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 33299, All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Production Manufacturing, with a Business Size Standard of 750 employees.

The U.S. Mint is seeking qualified contractors capable of providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to produce Nickel-Plated Zinc 5-Cent Blanks (see attached for details). Interested parties that are able to meet this requirement should express their interest by responding to Andrew Redfern, via email at aredfern@usmint.treas.gov with the following information:

1. Company Name and Address
2. Company DUNS Number and Cage Code
3. Company point of contact, telephone, and email address.
4. Do you have an active registration in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov)? When does your registration expire?
5. What is your Company's business size?
