Hazardous Waste Removal
Purpose:
The Eastern Oklahoma Health Care System has a requirement to properly dispose of hazardous per the requirements of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (OKDEQ).
Objectives
To provide all waste collection, packaging materials, packaging of waste, transportation of waste, disposal of waste, training of on-station personnel, and the creation and submittal of all required documentation for the disposal of hazardous, non-hazardous, and universal waste that meet the minimum requirements of The EPA s Resource and Conservation Act (RCRA) waste definitions, State, County, and City laws, ordinances, and regulations and section 5.0 Mandatory Tasks and Deliverables.
Scope
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, analysis, travel, training, transportation, documentation, waste treatment, disposal and support services required to categorize, package, transport, document and dispose of hazardous, non-hazardous, and neutralized DEA controlled substances.
One year service contract, to be manifested and billed by weights. This contract has a minimum annual weight of waste from the three facilities of 1.2 tons and a maximum weight of 4.8 tons.
