Subject: Request for Quotation number RFQ 19KU2026Q0012 - RESTROOMS & LACTATION ROOM UPGRADE PROJECT

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the Chancery Annex Restroom, Lactation RM & Locker RMs Renovation. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow all solicitation instructions, and complete the required portions of the attached document.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Note: Prospective offerors are strongly encouraged, though not required, to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov.

• Offerors with an active SAM registration need only provide their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number and are not required to complete the information 52.204-90 since relevant information is found in their SAM registration.
• Offerors without an active SAM registration must complete FAR 52.204-90, Offeror Identification, in Section 5, Representations and Certifications. This information must be updated annually if option years are included in the solicitation or award.

Offerors are strongly encouraged to maintain an active SAM account

For a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

1. SF-1442 (14 through 20c)
2. Section A, Price
3. Section L, Representations, certifications, and other statements of offerors or quoters
4. Information and documentation required by Section J, Attachment A, and all other applicable provisions of this solicitation.
5. Proof of SAM Registration / Unique Entity ID, or if not SAM registered, complete FAR 52.204-90, Offeror Identification,

Failure to follow these instructions will render the offer non-compliant and ineligible for further consideration

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quotation submission deadline for RFQ: 19KU2026Q0012 - RESTROOMS & LACTATION ROOM UPGRADE PROJECT 

• The quotation due date is hereby changed from Aug 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Kuwait local time to Aug 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Kuwait local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Offerors shall continue to submit their quotations by email  to Kuwait_Solicitation@state.gov with the subject line: Quote – RFQ _19KU2026Q0012 - Chancery Annex Restroom, Lactation RM &Locker RMs Renovation.
