TEGUC- Purchase of Portable Water-Filled Plastic Traffic Barriers

The Embassy of the United States of America in Honduras intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order to the responsible vendor submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quotation.

This procurement is for the purchase and delivery of portable water-fillable plastic traffic barriers.

Quotations must include all costs associated with furnishing and delivering the required items, including materials, equipment, packaging, transportation, overhead, profit, and delivery to the Government’s designated location. No additional amounts will be payable due to increases in the cost of materials, equipment, transportation, or labor; the Contractor’s failure to properly estimate or anticipate such costs; difficulties encountered in meeting the contract requirements; or fluctuations in currency exchange rates.

Offerors shall provide complete technical information for the proposed products, including the manufacturer, brand, model, dimensions, polyethylene composition, water capacity, empty and filled weight, interlocking features, reflective markings, warranty coverage, and estimated delivery date. Any proposed equivalent product must meet or exceed all salient characteristics and technical requirements established in this SOW.

All items identified in ANNEX A – TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF ITEMS must be new, unused, and fully compliant with the required specifications. The vendor shall provide certificates of origin, a minimum one-year warranty certificate, product technical data sheets, and instructions for assembly, filling, use, maintenance, and storage in both English and Spanish. Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) shall be provided when applicable.

The vendor shall furnish and deliver the proposed water-fillable barriers in accordance with all terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications contained in this SOW.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart  12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
