• FERMI FORWARD DISCOVERY GROUP, LLC GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS OR COMMERCIAL SERVICES (08/2025)
• OR  - ICPT, GSA, SEWP TERMS ACCEPTED AS WELL

2. SARC - Subcontractor Annual Reps and Certs (Rev. 4)* – all applicable sections completed and form signed.

3.PUR-466  – Proposal Certification – all applicable sections completed and form signed.

4. A separate document, including any/all exceptions to Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (08.2025). Exceptions to FermiForward Terms and Conditions shall be presented with RFQ submittal.

5. Applicable NAICS Code:

AWARD WILL BE MADE TO THE OFFEROR WITH THE LOWEST PRICED TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE BID.
