This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document is attached. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-06, Dated 06-10-2021. The Network Contracting Office 8-SAO East intends to award a fixed-price requirements contract to provide commercial services, providing for all labor, equipment, materials, services, supervision, management and transportation necessary to provide Self Care Housing (Hotels/Motels) Services for the James A. Haley VA Hospital (JAHVH) in accordance with the below Performance Work Statement (PWS) and attached Price Schedule. SET-ASIDE: This solicitation is not set-aside and is issued for Full and Open Competition NAICS: The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110, with a small business size standard of $40M. Comparative evaluation is the side by side pairwise comparison of proposals based on factors resulting in a Contracting Officer decision for the proposal most favorable to the Government. Options will be evaluated at time of award. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity Type Contract to provide commercial services resulting from this RFP.
