Due to systemic issues, Amendment 0001 is issued to extend the proposal due date from 20 October 2026 to 2 December 2026. The Amendment also revises Section A, Supplemental Information, Paragraph 1. Please see see the attached Amendment 0001 for further details.

NOTE: Only bidders who meet the NAICS Code 332911 size standard of 750 employees are eligible to bid. If a bidder does not meet the 750-employee size standard, the bid will be deemed non-responsive and shall not be considered for award.
