Non-Resettable Flow Meter

THIS IS A RE-SOLICITATION OF FA460026Q0024. The reason for this re-solicitation is to provide more time for site visit, quote submission, and clarification on specifications.

OVERVIEW

A non-resettable flow meter for propane fuel shall be installed on the fuel supply lines for Unit 3-8. The flow meters shall be calibrated according to manufacturer specifications or at least once per calendar year.

Scope of work:

a. Work shall include the installation of the flow meter on the distribution line from the propane tank to the fire department aircraft training tower.

b. All electrical hookups that are required for a fully functioning flow meter.

c. Contractor shall provide all available tools, materials, equipment, permits, and necessary, but unlisted items to perform the installation of the flow meter. 

INSTRUCTIONS

Submit Entry Authority Listing (attached) if site visit is needed by Monday, 4 May 2026 at 11:00 AM CST.
Site Visit (if needed) will be Wednesday, 6 May 2026 at 09:00 AM CST.
Questions for solicitation are due on or before Thursday, 7 May 2026 at 11:00 AM CST.
Answers to questions will be provided by Friday, 8 May 2026 at 11:00 AM CST.
Quote Submissions: Quotes are due no later than Wednesday, 13 May 2026 at 11:00 AMCST. Quotes will be submitted by email to TSgt Jennifer Prestridge(jennifer.prestridge.1@us.af.mil) and Daniel Kuchar (daniel.kuchar@us.af.mil). Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before offer due date and time.
