The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to Zuken USA Inc. for Zuken E3 Cable Software and Maintenance. This procurement is sole source for the following reasons: the E3 software is only available from Zuken USA. Additionally, the software is sold and distributed exclusively by Zuken USA. All purchases of these products must be made directly from Zuken USA. No third parties, agents, resellers, or dealers are authorized to market, sell, or otherwise represent these products on behalf of Zuken USA.
