NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Reverse Osmosis (RO) System

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21), intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the water filtration systems that supplies water to the Sterile Processing Service (SPS) departments and research department in the Veterans Affairs Northern California Healthcare System.  This synopsis announcment is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitaiton or request for competitive proposals.
