Sources Sought - Saipan CBOC - VA As-Built Lease

VA seeks to lease approximately 4365 to 5381 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of space and ten (10) onsite parking spaces for use by VA in the delineated area explained below within greater Saipan CNMI for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). VA will only consider leased space located in an existing building. Space must be acceptable in its As-Built layout. A minimum of four (4) medical exam rooms with sinks, three (3) offices, two (2) restrooms, and staff break room are required.
