NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – Quadient Inc.

PSC – R604  - Administrative Support

The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to Quadient Inc., 478 Wheelers Farms RD, Milford, Connecticut 06461-9105, United States, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. 

The requirement is to add postage, $5,000, to our Quadient postage machine.. The expected period of performance is a base period of 12 months (01/01/2026 to 12/31/2026).

This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations.  A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.  The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.  However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
