NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE -STERRAD® NX All Clear Sterilizer PM and Repair Services

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to Advanced Sterilization Products, under NAICS code 811210 Medical and surgical equipment repair and maintenance services, by the Phoenix Area Office (PAO) Indian Health Services (IHS) under the authority of RFO FAR 6.103-1(b), One responsible source, because only one source is reasonably available to satisfy the Government's requirement. The requirement is for a contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services for Advanced Sterilization Products STERRAD® NX All Clear Sterilizer at the Whiteriver Service Unit (WRSU). This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
