Intent to Sole Source Short-Term CT/X-Ray Technician Service

THIS IS A NOTICE TO INTENT TO AWARD A OLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETIVE QUOTATIONS OR PROPOSALS.

The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service, Aberdeen, South Dakota, hereby submits a Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price, Purchase ORder under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.103-1(b), Only One Responsible Source and No other supplies or services will saatisty agency requirements. This Sole Source Purchase Order will be awarded to Anders Group LLC, UEI: NGGRLTCVF7T6.

The Norther American Industry Classification System code for this requirement is: 561320 Temporary Help Services. The object of this sole source award is to provide a hort-term 10-week follow on Purchase Order for Computed Tomography and X-Ray Technologist services provided to the Pine Ridge Indian Health Service Unit, Pine Ridge, South Dakota. Responses to this notice must demostrate clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of the agency. If parties choose to respond, andy cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incured in response to this annoucemnt are the sole responsiblility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and not hinder the mission object of the agency. 

The determination not to compete with the propsed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received normally will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
