Quotations are due by September 7, 2026. at 5:00 p.m. Baghdad, Iraq local time- GMT+3 to  ErbilProBid@state.gov. 

Interested vendors may submit any requests for clarification regarding this solicitation no later than August 31, 2026. Any such requests should clearly reference “PR15804537 – REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATION” in the subject line. Requests received after this deadline may not be considered.
