Blanket Purchase Agreement to supply liquid and compressed gas services of contractor-owned gas cylinders

Amendment 1 is being issued to extend the due date for questions to July 16, 2026 and change the due date for quotes to July 24, 2026.

The purpose of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to supply liquid and compressed gas services of contractor-owned gas cylinders to ensure that the Health Effects Laboratory Division has an uninterrupted adequate supply of bottled and bulk compressed gas services at the NIOSH Morgantown Facility. The contractor shall also supply dry ice; historically, the blue bin at the NIOSH Morgantown campus has a capacity of 300 lbs. of dry ice pellets.
