Research to Support FHWA’s Office of Infrastructure Research and Development: Issued Call 3.0

This amendment incorporates the Government's responses to additional questions received and extends the concept paper due date. Offerors that have already submitted concept papers are not required to resubmit unless they wish to revise their submission based on the information provided in this amendment. 

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN OPEN BAA. FHWA ANTICIPATES BAA CALLS FOR A PERIOD OF 60 MONTHS. CALLS FOR CONCEPT PAPERS ARE ANTICIPATED ANNUALLY VIA AN UPDATED APPENDIX C.

THIS IS BAA ISSUED CALL 3.0.

The purpose of this BAA is to solicit a variety of solutions that will support the strategic objectives of the Office of Infrastructure Research and Development and the tactical needs of the infrastructure program areas: See Appendix C.
