09/29/2026 - Amendment 0001 Questions and Answers: The only question that came in regarding this solicitation, apart from where the inventory list could be found was:

The Statement of Work for this project requires only one invoice annually. However, it may be challenging to ensure that all parties are employed for a full year before receiving payment. Can you modify this process or devise an alternative solution?

In response, please see below revised solicitation document (and the revised PDF in the attachments section of this solicitation with the same changes) with a new B.3 PRICE/COST SCHEDULE that has changed the unit from YR (Yearly) to QTR (Quarterly).

Please also see the Motorola Equipment Schedule Updated 12.9.24 is now in the attachments section of this solicitation both as a separate document, as well as paperclipped to the revised solicitation PDF document.
