Market Survey for Tactical Networks (TACNET) In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA)

Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) is issuing this Market Survey for determining Small Business capabilities and is soliciting information from potential sources to provide In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) support for Afloat and Ashore Tactical Networks for NIWC Pacific’s Tactical Networks Branch (Code 41250). The support will include, at a minimum, the following areas: Management, Engineering, Technical, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), and Configuration Management.
