FHWA Virtual Industry Day:

The FHWA Virtual Industry Day Meeting for LTPP Program Engineering Services Contract (LPES) will occur on 24 Sept 2026 at 11:00 AM EST via Zoom.  All interested parties are encouraged to attend.

During the meeting, we will inform prospective vendors about the upcoming LPES procurement ahead of the official RFP release. The event will clarify the project scope and contract requirements and provide a detailed explanation of the multi-area eligibility rules. Please register to attend. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email via Zoom.
