Notice of Intent to Sole Source - 4G Ensurity Tracking Devices

1. Introduction

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order for 4G Ensurity Tracking Devices currently integrated into DEA's tracking system to Ensurity Mobile Corp at 1645 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, Suite 1200 West Palm Beach, FL 33401.

2. Authority

This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of FAR 12.102 soliciting from a single source for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT).

3. Description of Requirement

• Item/Service: Ensurity Data Plan for 4G Tracking Devices
• Period of Performance: 7/1/2026 - 6/30/2027

4. Justification for Single Source

Ensurity Mobile Corp  is the only known source capable of satisfying this requirement as the Ensurity Epursuit devices are currently instegrated into DEA's network(s) with specific features for enhanced tracking.

5. Response Instructions

This is not a request for quotes, and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties may submit a capability statement for consideration by the agency.
