Attached please find the U.S. Department of State's official Request for Proposals for the Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Identity Management Services acquisition. As stated in the attached RFP, RFP questions are due July 08, 2019 and Phase I Proposals are due by August 01, 2019 4:00PM. A pre-proposal conference is notionally slated for 18 July 2019 in Springfield, VA. Please coordinate your interest in attending with the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist. It is highly recommended that anyone intersted in submitting a proposal should attend the pre-proposal conference.
