AMENDMENT 002 - ODR Countertop & Cabinets Replacement

AMENDMENT 002: Updated the Statement of Work (SOW), incorporated the pre-award RFI Q&A Log, added the AF Form 66 Submittal Schedule, and revised the RFP Volume I Technical Factors. Additionally, the proposal due date is extended from 16 September 2026 to 17 September 2026. These updates are reflected on the Request for Proposal (RFP) Amendment Two. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

AMENDMENT 001: Updated Notice ID from FA254326Q0035 to FA254326R0012. This update is also reflected on the Request for Proposal (RFP) V2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The Buckley SFB Outdoor Recreation (ODR) facility (Bldg. 1022) is upgrading its reception area to improve service delivery and organizational workflow.

This project involves the complete demolition of the existing front desk and the single-phase installation of a new, ADA-compliant L-shaped front counter paired with a structured, three-tiered back-wall storage system. The upgraded reception counter features a durable, seamless 100% acrylic surface with two 42-inch high caps and a 30-inch high accessible section, while the rear storage unit integrates lockable lower cabinets, a middle whiteboard layer, and open overhead shelving. Additionally, the contractor will install two ski desks, route supporting electrical conduits, and complete necessary plumbing utility hookups without disruption to ongoing operations. Site Visit: As prescribed in RFO 52.237-1, Site Visit, all prospective offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. The site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, 01 September 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Mountain Standard Time (MST) at BSFB. We will meet at the Buckley SFB Outdoor Recreation Facility (Bldg. 1022). Any personnel that require base access shall submit the BSFB Access Form 128 (Attachment 2) to the Contract Specialist (CS) and Contracting Officer (CO) no later than Wednesday, 26 August 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Mountain Standard Time (MST) in advance of the site visit with the Name, DOB, and Driver’s License Number/State, and Foreign Status.
