Whiteman AFB HESCO Barriers

This is an official Sources Sought.   

The U.S. Air Force 509th Contracting Squadron at Whiteman AFB, MO is posting this Sources Sought to find potential vendors for HESCO Barriers that meet the specifications of the attached Draft Salient Characteristics. 

Responses are to be sent via email to both A1C Ja-Quan Williams at ja_quan.williams@us.af.mil, AND Elizabeth Smith at elizabeth.smith.48@us.af.mil NLT 3:30 PM CDT, 13 August 2026.  Please include the Sources Sought Identification Number and title in the subject line of the email submission.
