DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project work consists of maintenance dredging the Everglades Harbor at identified dredging areas indicated on the drawings. Dredge areas will incorporate 1 foot of allowable overdepth. Place dredged material within the In-water Placement Area. Additional work includes environmental and water quality monitoring and removal of sunken vessels. Base: EXCAVATION, UNCLASSIFIED, NAVIGATION CHANNEL CUT-4 STA 37+00 TO 37+88.10, CUT-5, CUT-6 STA 0+00 to 2+00, CUT-7 STA 12+00 TO 27+00, CUT-8 STA 19+00 TO 87+20.17, CUT-14, CUT-15, AND CUT-16. Option A: EXCAVATION, UNCLASSIFIED, NAVIGATION CHANNEL CUT-3 STA 1+00 TO STA 10+00, CUT-4 STA 14+50 TO 26+00, CUT-6 STA 13+00 TO 18+00, CUT-7 STA 7+00 TO 10+00, CUT-8 STA 3+00 TO 7+50, CUTS 9 THROUGH 13, AND CUTS 17-22. Option B: SUNKEN VESSELS REMOVAL. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued on or about 22 July 2026 and proposals will be due on or about 21 August 2026. NAICS Code 237990, Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities. The Small Business Standard is $37 million. The Price Target Range is between $3,000,000.00 and $8,000,000.00. The period of performance associated with this requirement is: 180 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The contractor shall commence work within 60 calendar days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Base: 150 calendar days (inclusive of 60 calendar days for mob/demob).
