Romania Follow on (FY27)

The U.S. Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing technical assistance and training services for the Phased Array Tracking Radar to Intercept on Target (PATRIOT) Missile System Ground Support Equipment (GSE) in support of Romania Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case RO-B-UEM, Fire Units 2–7.

The anticipated requirement includes technical assistance and training supporting the planning, fielding, deployment, operation, maintenance management, logistics support, and sustainment of Romania’s PATRIOT air defense systems and associated equipment.

Interested parties shall submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to perform the complete requirement. Capability statements should include, at a minimum:

- Company name, address, CAGE code, and point of contact; 

- Relevant technical experience supporting PATRIOT GSE or comparable air and missile defense systems; 

- Personnel qualifications and proposed staffing capabilities; 

- Relevant past performance on similar technical-assistance, training, fielding, sustainment, or logistics-support efforts; and 

- Small-business status, if applicable.
