PRVO Paint Sample Drying Oven

This solicitation is being issued by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Puget Sound to procure a PRVO PAINT SAMPLE DRYING OVEN 12.8A, 60HZ, 480V.

This requirement is SET ASIDE for TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS in accordance with FAR 19.5.  The shipping destination for the oven is SASEBO, JAPAN.

If your business entity is submitting a quote, please specify the following:

-The Manufacturer

-The country of origin (COO)

-After Receipt of Order (ARO), also known as the estimated time or arrival

-Confirm that the part will ship to Sasebo with the appropriate shipping costs

-Provide all pertinent specifications or equal to specifications if applicable.

The Government anticipates awarding a firm, fixed price contract in accordance with RFO Part 12 in response to quotes/proposals received in response to this solicitation. A firm, fixed price contract places the maximum risk and full responsibility for all costs, SHIPPING, and resulting profit or loss on the contractor, offerors are advised to consider these risks when pricing their quotes/proposals.
