The Government hereby cancels Solicitation No. 36C24826R0090 in its entirety.

This cancellation is issued based on updated market research, which indicates that the Government cannot reasonably expect to obtain a fair and reasonable price under the current solicitation structure for Project No. 546‑22‑110, “Construct a New Boiler Building and Controls & Expand/Move the Graphic Control. The requiring activity and Contracting have determined that the project must be re‑solicited using a revised acquisition approach to better align with market conditions, increase competition, and support the Government’s best interest.

No award will be made under this solicitation. A revised solicitation will be issued under a new solicitation number once the acquisition strategy and requirements are updated.
