RH - Hot-Mix Asphalt, Tack and Prime - AVON PARK

This solicitation has been amended. A signed copy of this amendment is required to be eligible for award.

The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Incorporate Attachment 4 - Questions.
2. Extend Quote due date to no later than (NLT) close of business (COB) 8 May 2026.

ALL DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE TO AVON PARK AIR FORCE RANGE (ZIP - 33825).

ATTACHMENTS 1, 2, 3 AND 4 HAVE BEEN UPLOADED TO THIS SAM POSTING. ALL OFFERORS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE OFFERS ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL FOUR ATTACHMENTS (LISTED BELOW) TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.

The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, material, design and supervision to provide and deliver approximately 8,001 tons of hot mix asphalt (HMA), and 8,072 gallons of Bituminous Tack and Prime Coats.  Contractor shall also provide field and laboratory quality control testing, as required by the Government. Please see attached SOW for more information. 

RFI Questions must be submitted no later than 21 April 2026
