Purpose
The Washington DC VA Medical Center (DCVAMC), Facilities Management Service (FMS), Engineering Service (130), requires the purchase of three (3) Kubota RTVX2C-SKLH-1 X-Cab Utility Vehicles (UTVs) to replace end-of-lifecycle ground utility vehicles currently supporting FMS Grounds operations at 50 Irving Street NW, Washington, DC 20422.
